Refund Policy

Once services have been rendered, there are no refunds for Readings and/or Empower-Mint Mojito Journeys.

Cancellation Policy

Readings cancelled 0-12 hours before the scheduled start time will not receive a refund.

Readings cancelled 13-24 hours before the sheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Readings cancelled 25+ hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 100% refund.

Rescheduling Policy

Readings/Mojito sessions rescheduled 13+ hours before the scheduled start time will not have any financial penalty.

Readings/Mojito sessions rescheduled 0-12 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to an additional surcharge (20% of total Reading/Mojito session cost) to be paid before the newly scheduled Reading/Mojito session begins.

Running Late / “I Forgot” Policy

You have a ten minute grace period for joining your Reading/Mojito session late. After ten minutes, your Reading/Mojito session will be cancelled with no refund.

Following the cancelled Reading/Mojito session, you have 48 hours to re-book your Reading/Mojito session at half the cost. After 48 hours, you will re-book at full price.

Cancellation + Refund Policy

-90% registration refund for cancellation 90+ days before retreat start date (remaining 10% covers non-refundable transaction and processing fees)

-50% registration refund for cancellation 45-89 days before retreat start date

-0% registration refund for cancellation 0-44 days before retreat start date

Transfer Fees / Drunk Astrology Credit

Cancelling 0-44 days before the retreat start date? We're really bummed and we know you are, too. In a limited number of cases, you may be eligible to transfer up to 50% of your registration cost to future Drunk Astrology events and services.

Although we know you'd prefer to be physically with us at the retreat, we always aim to provide high-quality value especially when unexpected things come up.
